What Is The Total Throwing Program?
The Total Throwing Program is a program that focuses on building a players body for the rigors and demands of a long and grueling baseball season. In 2015 we had 3 Minor League players use the program to prepare themselves for spring training, produced 5 college pitchers, increased 87 MPH between the group and most importantly ZERO injuries.

Why The Total Throwing Program?

  • Individual screenings and programs for each player
  • Only program in the state that is developed and backed by former Major League players, coaches and trainers
  • Program is geared towards total body health, recovery time, stamina and increasing velocity
  • Program is not just for strength, there will be plenty of pitching and skill work

What Are The Methods?

  • Program begins with an initial strength and flexibility screening as well as video analysis of mechanics
  • Warm up
  • Throwing drills that emphasize proper and fundamentally sound mechanics
  • Bullpens
  • Plyometrics
  • Shoulder stabilization exercises
  • Core stabilization exercises
  • Flexibility

Who Should Participate In The Total Throwing Program?
The Total throwing Program is geared towards players ages 13 and older. It is very intense and requires a lot of commitment from the player and family.

Tuesday and Thursday nights 7:00 to 8:30 in January and February of 2017
