Our staff has over a combined 200 years of playing and coaching experience at Minor League and Major League levels of professional baseball. Our Philosophy:
We have assembled one of the most knowledgeable, credible and personable staffs in the Mid Atlantic.

We always have our players best interest at heart. We want what is best for both the player and their families. We will always be honest with the player and family in our evaluations, always give ways to improve throughout the session and on their own time and most importantly we will always be respectful of each players abilities and talents. In order to maximize the most out of a players ability they must be comfortable in their surroundings.

We take a very fundamental approach to our private instruction. We stress the basic mechanics of each skill set, the importance of repeating the movements associated with each and having a sound mental approach during the session and in competition.

Private instruction is only beneficial if the player is willing to put time in away from the facility. We want players who are committed to getting better and willing to put time in on their own to better themselves and their abilities.

"Don't be upset at the results you didn't get from the work you didn't do."
