CAMP, COACHING CLINIC & SHOWCASE POLICIES:
All camps, coaching clinics and showcase sales are final. We will issue a credit if players are unable to attend a camp they are signed up for. We will prorate any days of camp missed due to weather or outside circumstances for another camp, coaching clinic or showcase. Credits are only transferable to other TBW one day or week-long camps, coaching clinics or showcases. If players do not attend a camp they signed up for and there was no communication, no refund or credit will be issued. Credits from camps, coaching clinics or showcase registrations purchased from our Owings Mills or Columbia locations may be used interchangeably in Owings Mills or Columbia. Franchise locations (such as Forest Hill) operate independently any credits from that location may only be used at the Forest Hill location.
PHOTO AND AUTOGRAPH POLICY:
Photos and autographs are limited to one photograph and one autograph per registrant per instructor. Autographs and photos are permitted only during designated times. To speed up the process, all autographs will be signatures only (no custom messages), unless announced.
