Back in May of this year while Jacob was finishing off his pitching campaign at Long Reach High School, CCBC Dundalk baseball coach Lance Mauck contacted myself and Jacob with the interest of Jacob joining the team and pitching for the college starting in the Fall. After meeting with Coach Mauck, Jacob made the decision to start his college pitching career at CCBC Dundalk. At the time of his decision, Jacob for the past three years had been under tutelage of former Tampa Bay Rays and Florida Marlins World Series Champion pitcher Tony Saunders. Since Tony was getting ready to move out of the area Coach Mauck recommended that Jacob continue to refine his pitching skills and play for The Baseball Warehouse this past summer. Tony Saunders also agreed that it would be a good baseball decision. What a great recommendation it was! Coach Morris definitely refined Jacob’s pitching skills over the summer to prepare him for the rigors of the collegiate level. His delivery is consistent, he understands how to make adjustments, holds runners on well and is in tip top shape. Jacob has started the Fall season in college pithing really well and has received nothing but positive feedback from Coach Mauck. TBW Select was one of the best decisions we could have made for getting Jacob ready to pitch in college.

"The Baseball Warehouse Select team has made a great impact on my baseball career. Playing with TBW Select over the summer did a lot of great things for me as a baseball player. We played in high end tournaments against high end players and teams which helped improved my skills as a player. Not only did the tournaments improve my skills as a player, but each tournament allowed me to showcase my skills in front of college coaches. Playing at these different venues over the summer gave myself and the team the opportunity to be recruited by their coaches.
