Baseball Performance Training:

Individual Comprehensive Evaluations are required by each athlete that participates in our program.

  • Evaluate each athlete with a FMS Screening
  • Evaluate power, strength, speed and agility
  • The evaluation allows us to identify the weaknesses and possible red flags that they are at a high risk for a injury.
  • Paperwork must be completed prior to having evaluation performed

Program Philosophy:

Our goal is to provide the highest level of performance training within a challenging, competitive and results oriented environment. Our staff conducts a comprehensive performance evaluation measuring, speed, power, agility and strength. In addition to measuring these skills the staff will identify asymmetries, neuromuscular deficits and mobility issues limiting the athletes performance potential.

The information collected provides the blueprint for developing a program specifically targeting the athletes needs to improve performance and the reduce risk of injury. Our program is supported by Medstar Sports Medicine and it extensive network of doctors, physical therapists and athletic trainers.
