Speed and Agility

The Baseball Warehouse speed & agility program is focused on injury prevention and increasing each players individual athletic ability. Our program focuses on teaching the player how to increase speed and athletic movement efficiency. All of our methods have been proven successful in Major League Baseball and have been validated by the strength & conditioning scientific community. 

The program is only successful if the player is willing to:

  • Listen and learn as the instructor teaches...We expect 100% adherence and drive for perfection.
  • Come early and warm up properly on their own to properly prepare for the training.
  • Be well hydrated and needs to be conscious of good eating habits in order to maximize the training effect and appropriate shoes with stability.
  • Be prepared to exert 100% effort on every drill unless told otherwise in order for the central nervous system to increase speed.
  • Be mentally prepared for either a timed drill or a competitive environment (team) in order to simulate game speed preparation.
  • The player will be tested periodically to establish a starting base and systematically show progress increases.
